Rhapsody

I think of “rhapsody” as a state of overwhelming and pleasurable emotion! Flowers blooming wild in nature can create those emotions within me. The French poet Gerard de Naval has written that “Every flower is a soul blossoming in nature.” What a beautiful thought! This particular piece was created with water color, pastels and color pencils. It’s matted, enclosed in non-glare glass and a black frame.
