The Cat Was Not Invited

This playful mixed media piece began as a still life but quickly took on a life of its own. The flowers pose as if for a portrait, while a curious cast — a bird, drifting butterflies, and an uninvited cat — quietly disrupt the scene. I used collage elements and layered textures to create a world where matched moments coexist (kind of lie my world 😂). I think its a reminder that beauty doesn’t have to behave — to can be quirky, unexpected, and all the more interesting because of it!
